another day in the life of a purple diva..
It's Halloween now!
I love Halloween.
Not because of scary things.
But because of fun things.
Like parties, and dressing up, and eating candy.
Not that I am doing any of that.
But I still like to see my grand kids have fun.
Maybe you know what I mean.
But I digress.
On Thursday in the wee hours of the morning I was busy doing some heavy duty posting.
And if you came to my page that day, you saw it.
I think my blog page was possessed by a blog demon though.
I'm serious.
Did you see how many times that God and Guns one posted? Was it what 4 times? And all with different titles.
And then the Rev. Wright one with Obama, how many times did that post? I didn't count that one.
And then there were ones I thought posted and they did not show up.
Like the one that was supposed to be us all going to Alaska if McCain looses.
Or the one about the pig in lipstick.
Those are just two of the ones I can think of now that the title didn't go with the post picture.
I'm sure there's more.
So, no, I haven't lost it, completely. Not yet any way.
Course who am I to judge that? I think I'm fine. You may not.
And therefore, I'm not going to ask! I might get an answer I don't like.
Like I did yesterday. But I'm not going to say what it was.
But let's just say, I'm not voting for Obama. In case you haven't noticed.
And by the way, I think Kritta22 asked me, if I was going to vote.
I did vote already. Back in the middle of September. Cause I knew then who I was going to vote for.
Yeah, I did.
I mailed mine in.
So did twin.
So did my DH.
So did some of my kids.
So, yeah, I'm good on that.
Now, let me address the top commenter list.
I LOVE that thing. It encourages you to comment so you can see your name. And others can as well.
What I love more is how there are some of you who are competing to be number one on that list.
Ya'll crack me up. I love all the funny things you say to me and to each other.
But, let me say this.
If we get into bashing each other I will have to take it down! I can't have ya'll fighting over me like that. It's not fair to twin, er, I mean to ya'll.
Well, I do love it.
But not enough for bashing each other.
It's okay for me to bash someone, like say a person I don't want to be President of these here United States.
Cause it's my blog.

A wise doctor
A worried woman went to her gynecologist and said:
'Doctor, I have a serious problem and desperately need your help! My baby is not even 1 yr old and I'm pregnant again. I don't want kids so close together.'
So the doctor said: 'OK, and what do you want me to do?'
She said: 'I want you to end my pregnancy, and I'm counting on your help with this.'
The doctor thought for a little, and after some silence he said to the lady: 'I think I have a better solution for your problem. It's less dangerous for you too.'
She smiled, thinking that the doctor was going to accept her request.
Then he continued: 'You see, in order for you not to have to take care of 2 babies at the same time, let's kill the one in your arms. This way, you could rest some before the other one is born. If we're going to kill one of them, it doesn't matter which one it is. There would be no risk for your body if you chose the one in your arms.
The lady was horrified and said: 'No doctor! How terrible! It's a crime to kill a child!
'I agree', the doctor replied. 'But you seemed to be ok with it, so I thought maybe that was the best solution.’ The doctor smiled, realizing that he had made his point.
He convinced the mom that there is no difference in killing a child that's already been born and one that's still in the womb. The crime is the same!
